What personal information we process

This website does not offer an online contact form or user accounts. When you email us, we may process your name, business details, email address, the content of your message and any information you choose to provide. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, request timestamps, requested URLs and browser information, in server logs.

Purposes and legal bases

We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, discuss proposed services and take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We may retain necessary business correspondence to administer client relationships and protect our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to your rights. Technical server logs may be processed for website security, reliability and abuse prevention on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Where processing is legally required, we rely on Article 6(1)(c). We do not use your contact details for unsolicited newsletters through this website.

Cookies and third-party content

The published static website does not intentionally deploy analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies, and its fonts are not fetched from Google Fonts. Following external links, including LinkedIn and other social networks, takes you to third-party websites governed by their own privacy policies. Any strictly necessary technical storage or access, if used by the hosting infrastructure, is limited to delivering and securing the website.

Who receives personal information

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, business email and essential technical services, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. International transfers, if any, must be supported by an appropriate legal mechanism under GDPR.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, client relationship, applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Server-log retention depends on the hosting configuration. You may contact us to ask about the retention period applicable to your information.

Your rights under GDPR

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact info@aseo.gr to exercise your rights.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA), dpa.gr, or another competent supervisory authority.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
